Get Users Expertises

This API returns a paginated list of active users along with their expertise and endorsement counts.

Query Params
string

Case-insensitive search against the user's first name, last name, or full name.

integer
Defaults to 10

Number of users to return per page.

string

Should be an integer returned as nextPageToken from the previous page request.
